People need people – for initial and continued survival, for socialization, for the pursuit of satisfaction. No one – not the dying, not the outcast, not the mighty – transcends the need for human contact.

Men’s Process Group
Fullerton, CA
Mondays 5:15 – 6:45pm

A Process-Oriented group focuses on relating to one another, group dynamics, and learning about yourself and others. Through ongoing interaction, you explore communication styles, emotional expression and reactivity, and relational patterns. The therapist guides the group by offering insights and facilitating discussions, but does not teach skills or do formal interventions. She helps members understand and process their experiences and helps cultivate a comfortable and safe space to share and make connections.
Group therapy is a fundamentally different experience from one-on-one therapy because you’re not just talking to a therapist—you’re connecting with other people who share similar struggles and goals. It’s a unique space where you can practice opening up, actively listening, and giving and receiving support. The group becomes a mirror, a sounding board, and even a community—something individual therapy can’t fully replicate.
